WHAT SIZE AM I?
All of our gowns are made-to-order, which means your chosen designer will not begin constructing your dress until after you order it. All gowns come in US sizes (please see sizing chart on the SIZING & FAQS page on the menu bar). If you are unsure of your size please do not hesitate to send us an email with your measurements. We will happily help you find which category best fits you. We highly recommend you take your measurements before ordering.
HOW DO I TAKE MY MEASUREMENTS?
To be sure this gown will be the right fit for you when ordering a standard size, please take the following measurements – Bust, Hips Waist, and Length from the top of the shoulder on down to your toes ( Be sure to wear heels a relative height to those you'll be wearing on the big day while taking this measurement ). I WANT TO ORDER A CUSTOM MADE GOWN
Great! As soon as you place your order we will send you a diagram of the measurements that are required to construct your gorgeous gown within 24hrs ( an example of the diagram is in the SIZING GUIDE & FAQS section of our site). We recommend asking a trusted friend or family member to help you gather your measurements, or simply message us and we will happily help you find a local tailor.

THIS IS WILD! I'M ORDERING A CUSTOM MADE GOWN THAT I NEVER TRIED ON.
Congratulations! You are ordering a bohemian luxe gown from an amazingly talented designer or design team. We do offer a try on at home service for selected gowns! If you follow our SIZING GUIDE and get your measurements emailed to us after your purchase, that gorgeous wedding gown gets made and it will fit you. Doesn't matter what shape and size you are, it will be customized to fit you. Every order is assigned to a stylist that you will communicate with every step of the way.
I’M ORDERING A STANDARD SIZE
We are selling gowns in US standard sizes (in inches) that fit our brides beautifully. However, minor alterations may need to be made. If you are unsure of your size please send email@example.com an email with your measurements and we will happily help you find which category best fits you. We highly recommend you take your measurements before ordering. Please see our SIZING GUIDE & FAQS page for the US Sizing Chart that we follow. *Note that our popular Daughters of Simone gowns follow a standard US size of S, M, L, XL (chart is on product page).
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY GOWN?
All gowns take 12 – 16 weeks to create until they are shipped out. However, we can confidently say that some of our customers will be happy to see their gown ship within 8 weeks. If you need a rush order there may or may not be an additional cost, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your requested rush timeframe as soon as possible so that we can determine if there will be cost and arrange the rush. *Please note not all rush requests are possible, rush determinations will be determined at the time of request.
WHERE DO I GO FOR ALTERATIONS?
For that perfect fit we have you covered! Reach out to us at email@example.com and a member of our team will help you find a local bridal seamstress or tailor in your area to accomodate any minor alterations necessary.
DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES?
Due to the specialization of made to order gowns all of our dresses are non-refundable/non-exchangeable. If you have any questions or would like to see additional photos of any of our gowns please message us, we would be happy to answer any questions that you may have and/or send you more photos. We may also have swatches handy to mail to you. Message us!
I CAN'T AFFORD IT ALL NOW, CAN I PAY OVER TIME IN 2 PAYMENTS?
We understand that pulling off the perfect wedding can really add up! In the case that any of our brides are unable to pay for a gown in-full right away, we allow for paying a portion of the price upfront in a non-refundable deposit. Our downpayment percentages differ from gown to gown, Message us!
I'D LIKE TO SEE THE FABRIC FOR MYSELF, CAN I BE SENT A FABRIC SWATCH?
We’re sure buying a wedding gown online seems a bit tricky, let us send you a fabric swatch from your favorite gown(s) so you can feel + see the fabric for yourself! Message us with your mailing address and which gown(s) you’re interested in.
HOW SHOULD I CLEAN MY DRESS AFTER THE WEDDING?
We recommend that all of our brides have their gowns dry cleaned after their big day. After dry cleaning has been completed, do not hang your gown but rather make sure it is preserved in a box, to resist fabric stretching over time.
All of our brides are encouraged to submit their wedding photos to be featured on our blog and social media.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?
Depending on where you live in the world we will calculate the best available rate with either Fedex, UPS, DHL or if delivered within the USA, via USPS (First Class Mail) with a tracking code. If you would like a faster delivery method, message us and we will incorporate the difference to the total shipping cost.
I LIVE OUTSIDE OF THE USA, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY GOWN TO BE SHIPPED TO ME AFTER IT'S COMPLETED?
All gowns are shipping from multiple destinations around the world. (Please see your designer's bio to have an idea of where the gown will be shipped from). Most international shipments from the US will arrive 1- 3 weeks after we ship it. However if you live in Italy and order a Temperley London gown that will ship from England, it may arrive faster. Just please be patient! and know that once we send you your tracking number it’s on its way!
WILL I INCUR ADDITIONAL FEES (LIKE DUTIES OR IMPORTING FEES)?
Unfortunately we dont have any control over this and it will be your responsibility to pay for any fees.
